We dispatch Monday through Friday plus Saturday morning. Orders placed before 14:00 EET ship the same day.

EU orders are sent via Bulgarian Posts with a hand-off to the local courier on arrival. Tracking included.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link in your dispatch email — usually the next morning. If the link doesn't update within 48 hours, write to us and we'll chase the courier ourselves.
Outside the EU
We don't currently ship outside the European Union. If you'd like us to, please email and we'll see what we can arrange — depends on the courier and the destination.
