Terms of sale

1. The seller

The seller is Poirier Trading EOOD, a Bulgarian limited company (EOOD), EIK 206842713, VAT BG206842713, registered at 38 Tsar Simeon Veliki Street, Building B, Workshop 4, 6000 Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.

2. Placing an order

You can place an order through this website by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout form. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email with an order number. Until that point you can cancel without obligation.

3. Prices, taxes & the final figure

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include 20% Bulgarian VAT. Delivery is added at the cart and is shown clearly before payment. The total figure shown on the checkout summary is the final amount you pay — there are no hidden fees.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, and SEPA bank transfer for EU customers. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers. SEPA orders are dispatched once payment clears (usually one to three working days).

5. Delivery

Orders within Bulgaria are dispatched within one to two working days, usually arriving in two to four working days. Orders within the EU are dispatched within one to two working days and usually arrive in five to nine working days. Detailed information is on the delivery page.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

EU consumers have the right under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act to withdraw within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We extend this to a thirty-day return window for tools and pots. Sealed seed packets may be returned within fourteen days only — see the returns page.

7. Faulty goods

If a tool arrives faulty or breaks within two seasons under normal use (excluding misuse, sharpening damage or rust caused by storage outdoors), we will repair, replace or refund it free of charge. Photographs help us understand quickly — please email [email protected].

8. Limit of liability

We are responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms or by our negligence — up to the value of the relevant goods. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual property

All photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to Poirier Trading EOOD or to our suppliers. Please do not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The competent court is the District Court of Stara Zagora. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
